The argument takes place in a spa in which some of the characters do not want to have sex.

The operetta, almost a variety show, contains many jokes and funny scenes.

Among the most acclaimed fragments are some “cuplés de los bebés”, an attractive concertante, a number about pirates that closes the first scene, not to mention the Indian dance at the finale.
