It reached more than a hundred performances and was very well received, as the magazine “Comedias y Comediantes” comments: “The music of the maestros Torregrosa and Alonso is very inspiring and some numbers deserved the honors of an encore, among them a duo very well sung by Eva López and Mr. Puiggrós. The stage design Mr. Gayo was also very much applauded. “
Other relevant musical numbers are the initial “Introducción y coro”, a “zapateado”, a serenade and an “intermedio”.
